Images&Co is an innovation consultancy working across culture, identity and place. We help organisations develop ideas, partnerships and programmes that connect policy, communities and practical delivery. Our work includes research and policy development, public engagement, communications and publishing, digital platforms, events and partnership management, alongside project development and support for new ventures and social enterprises.

Our approach is collaborative and place-based. We believe effective policy and successful projects are built through co-design with the people and communities affected by them, not developed in isolation. We work across sectors and disciplines to help partners understand how social, economic and cultural factors connect, and how long-term relationships can support more inclusive and sustainable outcomes.

Rather than applying fixed models, we focus on understanding local context, building partnerships and developing solutions that are practical, adaptable and rooted in lived experience. Culture is an important part of that process — not only arts and heritage, but the cultures of organisations, communities and everyday life that shape how places function and change.

We work with partners in local government, academia, funding bodies, industry, and cultural and community organisations in the UK and internationally, particularly on projects involving civic development, innovation, culture, skills, sustainability and regional growth.
