The Manchester Design Manifesto is a collaborative programme between designers, civic authorities, city stakeholders and the community to support Manchester in its objective of developing an inclusive and prosperous place where it's great to grow up, get on and grow old.

This scoping study, launched by City Council Leader Sir Richard Leese in October 2018, identifies some of the key areas where design has an important part to play.
