Key Cities: voice of urban living in the UK
Place

Key Cities – a group representing mid-size cities and urban areas across the UK – has appointed ING Media and Images&Co to provide policy and media services as it looks to expand its reach and influence as part of the UK’s economic recovery.

The three-year deal will see ING managing Key Cities’ PR activity, online content, social media and events, working in partnership with Images&Co whose director Kasper de Graaf leads on coordinating consultation responses, policy statements and the Key Cities All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG).

Representing 25 cities with a broad geographical and political spread, Key Cities works with other cities, towns and organisations across local government and beyond to deliver prosperity, protect the environment and raise standards of living.

Key Cities’ work will play an important role in the post-Covid recovery, especially on issues relating to ports, housing, culture, climate, levelling up and devolution.

Images&Co is delighted to partner with ING Media, the leading communications agency for the built environment, which has worked with cities such as Helsinki, the City of London, West Midlands Combined Authority, Leipzig, and Scottish Cities Alliance, as well as major developers, architects and other place makers to effectively communicate their stories by linking digital visibility into a wider communications strategy.

The project builds on Images&Co’s extensive experience in working with cities in the UK and internationally.
