The Key Cities Innovation Network
Place

Established in 2022, KCIN is a network of universities located in and associated with Key Cities, the UK's largest and most diverse grouping of urban areas outside the capital with 27 member cities and towns throughout England and Wales.

Working in civic partnership with Councils, local stakeholders and the Key Cities APPG, the KCIN universities collaborate to develop and highlight novel approaches to challenges and opportunities with practical solutions that are scalable to places of all shapes and sizes, to help create thriving, supportive and sustainable places with opportunities for all who live and work in them. Member universities have contrbuted insights to Key Cities reports on Culture and Place and Skills for Cities, and the network is currently engaged in studies on Net Zero Civic Partnerships, Enterprise Support and Coastal Communities Policy.

Images&Co provides the Secretariat for KCIN and Kasper de Graaf is the Programme Director.
