In 2023, Manchester’s historic Band on the Wall music venue reopened following refurbishment with a multi-screen ambient animation celebrating Manchester's rich musical heritage playing continuously on three massive display screens set into the building’s exterior to engage passers-by. Produced for Band on the Wall by Images&Co and funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the movie was directed by Malcolm Garrett, with animation by Joel Hepworth, and produced by Kasper de Graaf.
